Recipe:
Shrimp Marinade:
- 1 Lemon juiced
- 1 Lime juiced
- 1 tbs Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
* Prepare Uncooked Shrimp, Marinate for at least 30 min, Grill Shrimp 1 min per side.
Salad Dressing:
- 3 tbs Rice Vinegar
- 1 tbs Olive Oil
- 2 Limes juiced
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
Salad Fixings layered as listed:
- Kale
- 1/2 cup cooked Quinoa
- Sliced Cucumbers, Cherry Tomatoes, Avocado, Shredded Carrots, or any other veggies of choice.
- Add Shrimp
- Top with Chipotle Lime Mayo (I like the Primal Kitchen Brand) and diced green onions.
